SGTT - Báo cáo sức cạnh tranh của các nền kinh tế trên toàn thế giới, do diễn đàn Kinh tế thế giới (WEF) công bố hôm qua 11.5, nhân khai mạc diễn đàn, cho biết: Việt Nam rớt năm hạng, xuống hạng thứ 75.
Nhận xét về Việt Nam, báo cáo viết: “Thâm hụt mậu dịch ngày càng rộng, nền kinh tế quá nóng, giá hàng hoá tăng làm lạm phát tăng 23%. Tất cả những điều đó làm lãi suất dao động và tiền đồng rớt giá. Do đó, nhà nước và cơ quan chức năng tiền tệ phải làm sao để kiểm soát lạm phát, duy trì sự ổn định của nền kinh tế vĩ mô để Việt Nam có thể hưởng lợi và thành công từ những nỗ lực trong nhiều lĩnh vực khác nhau”. (Chinhphu.vn)- Thứ hạng về môi trường thương mại của Việt Nam đã tăng 18 bậc, từ hạng 89 (năm 2009) lên 71/125 nền kinh tế được Diễn đàn Kinh tế thế giới xếp hạng năm 2010.

Bảng xếp hạng Enabling Trade Index (ETI) của Diễn đàn Kinh tế thế giới (WEF) ghi nhận Việt Nam là một trong số các quốc gia đã cải thiện thứ hạng của mình một cách mạnh mẽ nhất về môi trường thương mại toàn cầu năm 2010.
WEF cho rằng môi trường thương mại của Việt Nam được cải thiện phản ánh việc thực hiện các cam kết mở cửa thị trường hàng hóa và dịch vụ khi Việt Nam gia nhập Tổ chức Thương mại thế giới (WTO). Theo đó hàng rào thuế quan của Việt Nam được hạ thấp, trong khi các nhà xuất khẩu của Việt Nam lại có điều kiện thuận lợi hơn trong giao dịch với các thành viên khác của WTO.
Theo WEF, mặc dù đạt được tiến bộ mạnh mẽ, Việt Nam vẫn cần cải thiện hơn nữa lĩnh vực hải quan và hạ tầng cơ sở.
Những nỗ lực cải thiện hiệu năng ngành Thuế trong thời gian qua đã giúp Việt Nam tăng 10 hạng trong lĩnh vực "Hiệu quả của ngành Hải quan". Tuy nhiên, tiêu chí "Tính minh bạch trong quản lí cửa khẩu" còn thấp, cho thấy đây là phương diện Việt Nam cần nhanh chóng cải thiện.
Trong ETI 2010, dẫn đầu vẫn là Singapore và Hong Kong, tiếp đó là Đan Mạch, Thụy Điển và Thụy Sĩ. Ở khu vực Đông Nam Á, Malaysia xếp thứ 30, Thái Lan thứ 60 và Indonesia thứ 62.

Những điều không được thông tin trên báo chí ​

Để quyền tự do ngôn luận trên báo chí được sử dụng đúng đắn, báo chí phải tuân theo những điều sau đây : ​

1- Khôngđược kích động nhân dân chống Nhà nước Cộng hoà xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam, phá hoại khối đoàn kết toàn dân ;



2- Khôngđược kích động bạo lực, tuyên truyền chiến tranh xâm lược, gây hận thù giữa các dân tộc và nhân dân các nước, kích động dâm ô, đồi trụy, tội ác ;

3- Khôngđược tiết lộ bí mật Nhà nước : bí mật quân sự, an ninh, kinh tế, đối ngoại và những bí mật khác do pháp luật quy định ;

4- Khôngđược đưa tin sai sự thật, xuyên tạc, vu khống nhằm xúc phạm danh dự của tổ chức, danh dự, nhân phẩm của công dân.
